Leads.In provides web development, web applications, AI solutions, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, content and related services. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Project engagements & quotes

Enquiries made through this website do not create a contract. Any project begins only once scope, deliverables and pricing are agreed in writing. Quotes are valid for the period stated and may change if requirements change.

Client responsibilities

• Providing accurate information, content and materials needed to complete the work.
• Providing timely feedback and approvals.
• Ensuring you have the rights to any content, assets or brand materials you supply to us.

Intellectual property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio. Third-party tools, libraries and assets remain subject to their own licences.

Payments

Payment terms are set out in each project agreement. Work may be paused or stopped where agreed payments are not made.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms and services (such as hosting, payment gateways, analytics or advertising platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of these third parties.

Results & no guarantees

We work to a high standard, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic levels, sales or advertising results, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Leads.In is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
